1) How much does it cost to find people or find information on people?
The price displayed on the website is the price I take on almost all cases for. £49.99 upfront + £99.99 only if I find them, or £39.99 for a background check. For American and Canadian cases the fees are usually $80+.
2) Can you get marriage/ birth/ death / divorce certificates?
Yes. Birth/Marriage/Death certificates are fairly easy to get, they'll take around 10 days to reach us. The government charges £7 for one, if you have ordered an investigation I can provide you with them for £7.50 each (50p covers my transaction fees paid to our bank). We don't make money getting these for clients. A lot cheaper than the £20 you'll pay elsewhere.
If you are wanting me to find the actual event and then get the certificate we can do this for £14.99. I will do a 10 year check to find this info for you and order the certificate form the government and then forward it to you. This service costs around £20 - £30 on other websites.
3) Can you trace people from just their email address?
Not just from their email address. Our investigators stand a good chance of finding them if you know their full name as well.
4) Do you trace ex-directory phone numbers?
No. As far as we are concerned the phone number is the property of the phone company and "selling" their number may be illegal. Ex-directory phone numbers may come up as part of a normal investigation but I don't investigate specifically to find them.
5) Do you find people and then collect debts as well?
No we only offer people finder services. If you need a debt collector we can arrange one for you once we have found the missing debtor. Chances are it would be cheaper if we networked with them as debt collectors give investigators a discount, which would be passed onto you.
6) Can you obtain criminal records?
Depends on the case. Generally if the person is willing to sign a disclosure then yes, but they can't be obtained in secret in the UK. American and Canadian criminal records can be obtained through our searches by anyone.
If you are an employer and the employee you want a background check on has agreed to have his records checked then we can help you. It may be possible without their permission if there is a very good reason (the government would have to deem it a good reason not us - i.e. child abuse).
7) Can you find scammers who ripped me off on ebay?
Not usually, as they often provide you with only fake names and addresses. Please only buy off of ebayer's who have positive feedback (more than 50 entries) and the people who are leaving feedback themselves have ore than 50 feedback entries.
8) Can you find someone if I only have their first name?
Usually we need at minimum a full name to start finding people. We have accomplished such locates in the past, but you'd really need to know their street and the other people living with them for there to be any hope of us finding their full name.
