Payment is usually done online through our trusted payment processors Nochex or Paypal. We do accept cheques and postal orders as well though.
When you make payment online the transaction will be between you and a very large financial company, our payment processor. They're details will show up on your monthly bank statement. They will be the ones processing your card payments, our small company won't be given your card details. This makes it much more secure.
If you're paying by cheque or postal order, you'll have to make it out to the individual investigator in the country you're wanting to find someone in. The individual investigators will provide you with their business address. Its just easier and more secure for you that way. The investigation will start when the cheque has cleared and we will confirm we have recieved the payment.
We can accept payment in most currencies from international clients online, but we can only accept cheques made in pounds sterling or Euros.
Our standard fees are:-
UK Traces - £49.99 upfront to cover our time and expenses and a further £99.99 only if successful. That's a total of £149.98. The success payment is only made when you confirm the address. The initial payment is non-refundable as we'll spend a chunk of it and the rest covers our time, the success fee is refundable if you pay it and then discover they've recently moved on.
